1. Purpose
DYOE Way uses AI (specifically the Claude API by Anthropic) to deliver every service we offer. This policy defines what constitutes acceptable use of those services. It exists to protect our clients, our business, and the broader community from harm.
2. Permitted Uses
Our services are designed for legitimate business purposes:
- Business diagnostics and audits
- Client reactivation and marketing campaigns for your own clients
- Financial analysis and tax preparation support
- Custom AI tool development for lawful business operations
- Advisory on AI adoption and integration
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use DYOE Way services to:
- Generate deceptive content — fake reviews, fake testimonials, impersonation, or content designed to mislead
- Spam or unsolicited outreach — mass messaging to people who haven't opted in or don't have a prior business relationship with you
- Harassment or discrimination — targeting individuals based on protected characteristics
- Surveillance — monitoring individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Weapons, violence, or illegal activity — any use that facilitates harm
- Circumvent AI safety measures — attempting to extract harmful outputs from our systems or Anthropic's
- Misrepresent AI outputs as human-only — our deliverables are AI-assisted and human-reviewed; presenting them as purely human work to a regulator, court, or counterparty is prohibited
- Provide regulated professional advice — our services are operational and AI-powered, not licensed legal, medical, financial, or tax advice
4. Alignment with Anthropic's AUP
Because our services run on the Claude API, all use is also subject to Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. If a use case would violate Anthropic's AUP, it violates ours too — even if not explicitly listed above. We encourage you to review Anthropic's policy directly.
5. Reactivation Campaign Standards
For Reclaim Lost Revenue engagements specifically:
- Outreach is only sent to people who have a prior business relationship with you (previous clients, previous inquiries)
- All outreach includes an opt-out mechanism
- We comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable state marketing regulations
- Message content is reviewed by a human before send
- We do not scrape contacts from public profiles or purchase lead lists
6. Enforcement
If we determine that your use violates this policy:
- We will notify you and request a change in use
- If the violation is not corrected, we will suspend or terminate the engagement
- In cases of serious or intentional violation, we may terminate immediately without refund
- We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
