The practice is built by a self-taught operator — not a traditional engineer. The first tool shipped was a multi-agent Telegram pipeline, built because a real workflow needed it. The first service sold was an AI Business Audit, built because a real operator was losing money and didn't know where. The first app in development (SplitLedger) exists because tax season for self-employed people is a nightmare nobody's solved well.

Every product and service on this site started with a real problem in someone's real business. Then the solution was built on the Claude API and shipped.

DYOE Way works with one assistant: Claude. Everything from writing outreach campaigns to deploying edge functions to coordinating multi-agent research runs through Claude Code. That's not a flex — it's the operating model. It proves the thesis: a single human operator with the right AI infrastructure can ship at the speed of a small agency.

Every other AI company is asking how to make AI more powerful. DYOE Way is asking how to make humans more powerful alongside AI.
