The short version: we give you a signed, evidence-backed opinion. You stay responsible for what you do with it.
What you are buying
A verdict, a policy decision, or a human review — each returned with its evidence and a signature that anyone can verify against our published authority. You are buying a documented, accountable opinion at a point in time. You are not buying a guarantee, an insurance product, or a transfer of your risk to us.
What we do not promise
- Accuracy in every case. Automated checks run on evidence that can be incomplete, stale, or deliberately faked. A verdict is a signal, not a certainty.
- An outcome. A human review is a named person exercising judgment on the evidence in front of them. Judgment can be wrong.
- Compliance. What we give you is verified, disclosed, and logged. What you owe your regulator is still yours.
- Professional advice. Nothing we produce is legal, financial, or other licensed advice, and none of it evaluates the merits of your situation.
Your side of it
Do not present our verdict as more than it is, or as your own review. Do not use our checks to build a scoring system that denies people service on grounds the law protects. Verify anything consequential before you rely on it — you remain accountable for what your system does.
When we are wrong
Tell us. We correct it in public, because a trust layer that hides its misses is not one. Every verdict is signed, evidence-backed and expiring, which means our record is checkable by anyone — including against us.
Liability
Our responsibility for any claim connected to a check is limited to what you paid for that check. If that is not enough coverage for what you are doing, do not rely on it alone.
Refunds and cancellations
If we have not started work, tell us and we refund you in full, no questions. Once a report or an audit has been delivered, the fee is not refundable — but if something in it is wrong, incomplete, or not what we agreed, we correct it at no additional charge. Say so and we fix it.
Per-call automated checks are charged at the time of the call and are not refundable, because the work is done the moment you make it.
